Find a partner and get signed up for the weight loss challenge, “Partner Pound Plunge,” at the Therapy & Wellness Center at the Buchanan County Health Center. Team members with their team name can sign up by calling TWC at 319-332-0850. The cost is $20 per team.
Then mark your calendar for Thursday, January 19th. This is the Initial Weigh-In date for the challenge. Everyone must weigh at TWC between the hours of 5AM and 9PM. Partners do not need to weigh in at the same time. The Final Weigh-In will be Monday, March 19th at TWC from 5AM to 9PM.
CASH PRIZES will be awarded to the top 3 TEAMS who have lost the largest PERCENTAGE of combined weight. The more teams that sign up, the more prize money given!! You must weigh in a single layer of clothing with empty pockets and shoes off.
**Optional membership for non-members during this program is $75 for the duration of the program.
