	Welcome to Riverside Bed & Breakfast ...Over 30 years of hospitality experience Our home was built in 1915 on the bank of the Wapsipinicon River. You may wish to relax on the river bank or enjoy the beauty of the river from the upstairs sitting room. You will also find books, games, movies and cable TV provided for your entertainment as well as a microwave and small refrigerator. A full breakfast is served in the dining room or (weather permitting) in the three seasons porch. Please let us know if you have special dietary requirements. When we purchased our home, it was just for our family. As our children left, we decided to share the beauty and style of our home with others. Stephanie and Derek's rooms are guest rooms and we converted Andy's room into the sitting room. Historic Downtown Independence, the Wapsipinicon Mill and Dam, Veteran's Park and Riverwalk Park are within easy walking distance.
