FULL-TIME SALES POSITION

Fusion Forward, LLC, a design and marketing firm based in Independence, Iowa seeks an energetic Sales Representative. This position has a base salary with an aggressive commission structure and allows the representative to work within flexible hours outside and within the office. If you are a highly motivated self-starter that is comfortable dealing with the general public and with direct management, a professional with good communication skills – both verbal and written, and your background includes sales, we invite you to inquire about this position.
Responsibilities of Sales Representative:
Note: This position is for a full-time position.
• Working directly with the Creative Director and owners to carry out sales goals.
• Generating sales with new customers in surrounding geographic region.
• Use various software applications, such as Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Research potential customers and develop target sales lists.
• Locate and compile information, records and other information in connection with the Sales Plan.
• Assist Creative Director in various marketing tasks.
Successful Applicant Description:
• Strong sales skills and initiative.
• Professional demeanor and attire.
• Fluent in the English language both verbally and in writing.
• Strong computer skills (such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Office, e-mail and Internet).
• Possess excellent organization and communication skills.
• Prior sales experience strongly preferred.
Education: Two or four year college degree strongly preferred or equivalent sales experience.
